Michael R. Millard has over 25 years of law enforcement and military experience. Some positions held by Mr. Millard include Patrol Officer, Traffic Investigator, S.W.A.T. Commander, Tactical Instructor, Drill Instructor, Crime Prevention Instructor, Firearms, Taser, OC spray and First Aid Instructor. Mr. Millard has also served in a supervisory capacity during several deployments, both domestic and overseas, since 9/11. Mr. Millard still serves with a local law enforcement agency as the Post Advisor for the Explorer Post.
